With her experience as a Golden Retriever mama and her background in Marketing & Partnerships, she provides strategic direction and oversees the overall operations of the company.

Meet Ginger, our versatile Executive Assistant. She's always ready to lend a helping paw and enhance our member experience. Whether it’s testing out our homemade treats or assisting with client walks, Ginger plays a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations.
Abby
Abby leads operations and client experience at West Palm Beach Pet Care, overseeing onboarding, scheduling, and our luxury residential partnerships. With a strong passion for working with animals and a natural talent for organization, she ensures our concierge-level standards are upheld while supporting the seamless growth of the company — all with the daily inspiration and support of her fur baby, Jackson.
Heather
Heather brings loving energy to every visit and has a natural gift for connecting with animals. She is patient, gentle, and highly attentive to each pet’s unique personality and needs.
Heather is also a licensed groomer since 2013, bringing over a decade of professional grooming experience to our team.

Say hello to Milady, one of our trusted pet lovers who brings joy, patience, and a whole lot of positive energy to every walk. When she's not loving on our dogs, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, Vango and Beanie.

Nadia is a lifelong dog lover based in Palm Beach and a proud dog mom to a tiny Pomchi and a big, fluffy Great Pyrenees mix—yes, they turn heads everywhere they go because of the size difference! Caring for dogs has always been a big part of her life, and she truly treats every pup like family.

Monika is the designated sitter and dedicated dog auntie of her friend group! With a strong customer service mindset, she prides herself in providing paw parents with reliability, communication and peace of mind that their fur babies are left in trustworthy hands. You can count on her whether your pet simply needs an intentional companion, cuddle buddy, or energetic walk around the neighborhood.
